LeaderTreks Offers 3 Exciting Ways to Join the Team…

Summer Internship: As a summer intern with LeaderTreks, college-aged students get the opportunity to pour their heart for leadership development into students on mission or wilderness trips all over the world. Interns are able to impact students, while at the same time grow in their own leadership skills as they are mentored by a full-time LeaderTreks staff member. Interns learn effective teaching strategies and how they may be wired and gifted to best build the Kingdom.

Summer Certified Staff: For past students, staff, or interns familiar with the LeaderTreks program, an exciting opportunity to join the LT team awaits! Summer Certified Staff (SCS) will lead summer mission or wilderness trips all over the world. SCS will be given training on how to build transformational relationships, rather than transactional relationships, and will heighten their leadership skills in an amazing environment.

Summit Team (Full Time Staff): Welcome to the full-time community that is LeaderTreks! For two years, Summiteers are poured into, learning the most cutting edge leadership skills in the field of youth ministry. The world is their classroom. As leadership principles are learned, they are also applied in practical ways with students and youth pastors. Summiteers spend their time facilitating leadership training events and leading mission and wilderness trips all over the world. The thoughts and desires of changing the world are given feet as Summiteers learn how to practically lead for Christ.
