Whether its laying the foundation for leadership, building your team, or taking your students to the next level, LeaderTreks has developed an interactive training for you.
In each training your students will be given the opportunity to put to practice each leadership principle learned. Through a series of exciting, adventurous, and unique leadership experiences, you will see first-hand how leadership development can happen through team challenges, purposeful games, leadership assessments and intentional interaction.
The staff at LeaderTreks is passionate about leadership development. Each leadership trainer is a certified, full-time, committed and relevant youth ministry professional who will focus on you and your students.
We come to you. LeaderTreks training events are unique, because you don’t have to go anywhere. Your organization will host the event for your team and your students only. These events work great at your church, a local campground or retreat center.
