Leadership Development The
mission to develop leaders to fulfill the great commission applies to our staff
as well as the students we work with.
Our leadership development goal for Summit is twofold. First, we want you to learn how to develop
students into leaders. We will teach you
the skills you need to do this effectively.
Second, we want to develop you into the best leader you can be. We will walk the road with you to help you
become the leader God wants you to be.

Where is the LeaderTreks office and what is it like?
The LeaderTreks office is
located in Carol Stream, a suburb in the western Chicago area. Living in the Chicago-land area makes it
possible for you to take advantages of all that the Windy City has to
offer.
