This training event is built around three (3) of the LeaderTreks Leadership House assessments and is designed to help students learn about team leadership skills.

Who is this training event for?
Leadership teams, student preparing for leadership roles, college students on leadership teams and students who want to move from positional leadership to real leadership.

This training will focus on three (3) LeaderTreks leadership House assessments:

• Leadership Style
• Leadership Type
• Team Roles

These unique exercises help students understand how they lead and how they can improve in leadership. Students will gain a clear understanding of their natural leadership tendencies as well as their destructive habits. By working through these exercises, students will be able to identify ways to take their team to new heights of performance.

What will be the results?
Students will:

• Understand how they can best lead their team
• Understand how they communicate on teams
• Understand what causes teams to breakdown
• Understand how to lead their team to victory

Cost $99 per person plus a $250 deposit

What you provide:
Your organization will host the event. This event works great at a local retreat center or you can even host it at your church. Our program is flexible and we will work with you to customize a schedule that meets your needs. Contact us to discuss the possibilities for your group.

Typical Schedule:
Friday Night - Session 1 Leadership Type - What am I most passionate about on a team?
Saturday Morning - Session 2 Leadership Style - How do I tend to lead a team?
Saturday Afternoon or Evening - Session 3 Team Roles - Where do I fit on a team?
Sunday Morning - Session 4 Team-Leadership in Action - What now?
(Each session lasts from 1 - 2 hours)
