For youth
workers who are starting a leadership team or who want to take their student
leaders to the next level, Leadership 365
Seminar is essential. Offered as a
companion to the popular Leadership 365
Curriculum, this seminar will help you create a specialized plan for
developing and maximizing your student leadership team. This event will encourage you with not only
the possibilities of student leadership but you will learn from other youth
workers as we discuss the best practices of student leadership development.
Who could
attend? This event
is geared for full-time youth workers and youth ministry volunteers who want to
know how to make the most of their student leadership team. The event is limited to 25 participants in
order to allow for meaningful discussion and a personalized attention from the
LeaderTreks staff.
What will it
include?
A deeper understanding of the difference between
real and perceived leadership roles.
A dialogue about the value of a compelling
mission for student leaders.
A round table discussion of the best practices
of student leadership development.
A thorough explanation of the best ways to implement
Leadership 365 in your ministry.

Cost Leadership
365 Seminar is $99 per person. This
includes dinner and breakfast but does not include housing or travel.
