TITLE: Directors of Casa Viva
1) How did you become a Christian?
Both of us became Christians at a young age. We are very grateful for the strong Christian heritage in our families and church experiences.
2) Why LeaderTreks?
We have hosted LeaderTreks teams almost since LeaderTreks came into existence. There is no comparison to the depth of impact LT consistently makes in the lives of youth. When the opportunity became available to become LeaderTreks missionaries, we were thrilled to partner with such a great organization.
3) What Authors do you read?
Philip is a George MacDonald fan. Jill reads a wide variety - Edith Schaeffer, Dan Allender, Henri Nouwen and St. Benedict are current favorites.
4) What has been your greatest leadership lesson?
Leaders have to lead with heart and integrity. People follow leaders who are passionate about God and his work. Leaders have to be willing to take a stand, even when they know it will be unpopular.
5) What is your passion?
We are passionate about the desperate needs of millions of children around the world. We believe children need access to the truth of Jesus Christ, connection to family and community, and the hope of abundant life. 
6) What is Casa Viva?
Casa Viva is a dream that hopes to change the way the world cares for children. We are seeking to equip families in the local church to open their hearts and homes to children in need.
